Stop Using High-G Turn Setting Type A! Use Type B!
High-G Turn Setting Type B
High-G Turn Setting Type B allows players to turn approximately 35% faster than players using Type A. While the true difference between the two settings will vary depending on the distance being covered, Type A can only manage to keep up with Type B over very short distances.
I strongly urge those playing multiplayer to make the change to Type B so they can compete fairly with players who have the setting enabled already.

How Do I Use High-G Turn Setting Type B?
Ace Combat 7 defaults players to High-G Turn Setting Type A. To change to Type B: Pause Menu -> Flight Option -> Flight System -> High-G Turn Settings.
To perform high-g turns with Type B, simply deaccelerate while pitching up.

Why Is This Happening?
High-G Turn Setting Type A only offers a two second window of enhanced mobility before the plane reverts to normal mobility. (While players can reapply the maneuver by toggling their accelerator, this is less effective than using High-G Turn Setting Type B due to the down time this technique causes.)
By comparison, High-G Turn Setting Type B offers an unlimited window; players using it can sustain enhanced mobility for as long they wish until they reach stall speed.
