Backstory: Xeno Nakejin was originaly a experiment, made like cell and android 21 by putting different kind cells, Nakejin is one of em escept he's part majin part namekian nothing else, when Xeno Nakejin was able to fight on his own he escaped towa's lab and later went on a rampage until supreme kai of time took him under her wings to help him control his anger, and profited on it to recruit him on the time patrol as he was powerfull enought to help out. ever since he was accomplishing mission just fine because he was thankfull to the supreme kai of time for saving him. this pic show Xeno Nakejin preparing to exterminate enemies that shouldn't be here to begin with on the future arc.

Basicaly Nakejin Would get stronger everytime he Get exploded to pieces du to cell abor wich means he get saiyans cell , frieza cells,etc...., the only thing that could kill him is a blast so strong that it oblirate him entirely.

Well It be like Absorbing goku himself, he get all goku's technique,fighting style,etc.... Even Black's attacks since he is indeed another goku, Adding vegeta's attack as well. and so on vegito attacks are usable :)
