Step 1: Locate Launch Options

1) Right click on Sid Meier's Civilization VI in your Steam Library and choose Properties.
2) In the General section find the Launch Option text field.

3) Continue to the next step.

Step 2: Add the Launch Option

1) Copy and paste the following text, making sure to replace account_name with your user's account name, in the Launch Option text filed referenced in Step 1.

"/Users/account_name/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Civ6.app/Contents/MacOS/Civ6_Exe_Child" %command%
