This is a simple solution that worked for me.
Results may vary but after deep dives into Reddit and other forums with hours of trial and error.

In settings go to System, Display, and then Graphics.

In there you will see a setting titled "Optimizations for windowed games"

And that's about it.

Hopefully it worked for you. If not, sorry. I honestly don't know what else it could be and I'm tired of trying to fix this PoS game. So you won't get anymore help from me.
