step 1: open the game

yeah idk what to put here

load up a SMALL map of your choice and select all enemy civs to be cleo (our beloved)

once game is loaded (if your on the turing machine this could take at least 5 years), build only scouts and continously dihscover all of the cleos (<3) in the world

PLEASE NOTE: You may lose your edging streak just from the way ts bouncing
