Many of you have asked what this button actually does. I apologize for not being clear. By using this button, the game shows you everything you can do before ending your turn. If there are no more actions you need to take, pressing the button ends your turn, therefore allowing the game to proceed to the next turn. Not using this button is toxic and annoying for the other players (and AIs) in the game, which in turn might make them hate you and declare war on you, which wouldn't be good for you.
