Heyy Since every guide I've seen seems pretty much useless for Repentance, I'll make my own with a solid strategy.

Since any pill strategy is basically pure RNG—considering you only get 13 random effects per run (I just learned this)—it’s way better to rely on Tarot cards.

To keep it short, the best way in my opinion would be a classic Greed Mode D20 break. You’d go Greed + Isaac (for the D6), reroll until you find the D20, and perform a classic pickup break. While you’re rerolling, collect the 'Strength' cards in a different room and use them all at once.
