Playing with only a keyboard
Intro
I highly reccomend using your keyboard to emulate a gamepad if possible. This is because of QTEs and less awkward aiming in Type A. If not possible, follow this layout.
Reccomended Layout (No Numpad)
- Move Forward - W
- Move Back - S
- Move/Turn Left - A
- Move/Turn Right - D
- Run - W+ Right Shift
- Quick Turn 1 - S + Right Shift
- Move Camera Up/Down/Left/Right - Arrow Keys
- Ready Weapon - Left Shift
- Ready Knife - Left Ctrl
- Attack - Spacebar
- Contextual Action - E
- Partner Action - Q
- Reload 1 - Left Shift + Right Shift
- Reload 2 (Optional) - R
- Zoom In (Scope) (Optional) - W
- Zoom Out (Scope) (Optional) - S
- Map (Optional) - M
- Item Menu - Tab
- Gesture 1 Assault - L
- Gesture 2 Cover can be done with the "Partner Action" key
In multiplayer these are only used for communication, but in singleplayer they change the AI partner behaviour.
While walking/stationary - A and D strafe, Left/Right arrows rotate you
While running - A and D rotate you, Left/Right arrows don't do anything
While aiming - WASD doesn't do anything, arrow keys aim
Sorry, this is the best I can do with only the in-game settings.
Quick Time Event Combos
Some quicktime events require a pair of keys to be pressed. These are based on the following bindings.

QTE 2 - Partner Action + Contextual Action (Q+E in this case)
Binding limitations
Skip Cutscene/Pause - Esc
Menu/Item Menu Accept - Enter or Spacebar
Menu Back/Close Item Menu - Backspace or Esc
Menu/Item Menu Navigation - Arrow Keys

cannot be bound in the menu
