Borderlands 3 - 100% Achievements Guide

This achievement will be unlocked simply by reaching level 2, when you also get your first skill point.
This achievement will be unlocked by reaching level 10.
This achievement will be unlocked by reaching level 25.
Same as the rest, this achievement will be unlocked by reaching level 50. However, unlike the previous, doing only the main story will not be enough, so you'll have to play more for it.
To unlock this achievement simply tip 100$ (or 1000$ if you're feeling rich) to Moxxi, once you reach Sanctuary.
Online achievement. To unlock this, just challenge a co-op player and win the duel.
Online achievement. To unlock this, revive a co-op player who is in Fight For Your Life.
Online achievement. To unlock this, open the Social menu and from the Mailbox send an item to another player.
To unlock this achievement play the slots until you get a live grenade. (You might need some extra money)
To unlock this achievement head to the firing range under Marcus' Shop and get a perfect score on any difficulty.
To unlock this achievement kill an enemy using a barrel, either by shooting the barrel or melee-ing it to throw at an enemy.
To unlock this achievement you need a gun with a blade attachment (melee bonus) to kill an enemy with. (Check Marcus' Gun Shop, bladed guns are pretty common here)
To unlock this achievement you need a sticky grenade mod to use against two or more enemies, killing them.
To unlock this achievement you need to equip purple or orange rarity gear on every slot. You must first complete the 16th story mission "Cold as the Grave" to be able to do this achievement.
This achievement will be unlocked once you get a Loyalty Package from every weapon manufacturer. This means killing 100 enemies with any gun for each of the nine manufacturers: Atlas, COV, Dahl, Hyperion, Jakobs, Maliwan, Tediore, Torgue, Vladof. (900 total enemies must be killed, so this can be really time consuming) *An easy way to do this achievement is to go in a lower level zone like Lectra City, which has a lot of enemies, and just run through it killing everything.
*Also, maybe don't accept or decline the mail the manufacturers send you, so you can keep track of which of them you've done.
To unlock this achievement simply down yourself with your own grenade (intentionally or accidentally).
Online achievement. To unlock this achievement you need to have and use a Golden Key on the chest aboard Sanctuary. (Golden Keys are free items obtained with SHiFT Codes shared usually on the Borderlands 3 social networks) As a gift, here's a SHiFT Code example with 3 Golden Keys:

This achievement will be unlocked by completing 20 side missions.
This achievement will be unlocked by completing all 55 side missions available in the main game.
Unlock all Borderlands 3 achievements.

This achievement will be unlocked by obtaining 10 cosmetics (heads or skins), which can found from chests or enemies, purchased from Crazy Earl or rewarded from missions.
This achievement will be unlocked by obtaining 10 vehicle parts from hijacking enemy cars or finding special vehicles across the world.
To unlock this achievements simply buy 20 cosmetic things from Crazy Earl aboard Sanctuary.
This achievement will be unlocked by finding and deciphering all 30 Eridian slabs spread across the world.

*If you've done all 30 writings and the achievement gets bugged and doesn't show, go to Tannis' room and spam "Translate" on the big slab until you get it.

To unlock this achievement you must complete all 3 Circles of Slaughter (The Slaughter Shaft, Cistern of Slaughter, Slaughterstar 3000).
The Slaughter Shaft can be accessed after you reach Konrad's Hold, and the Cistern of Slaughter once you reach the Meridian Metroplex.
Slaughterstar 3000 must be found via a quest in the Desolation's Edge.On the bridge that gets blown up. *You can also start matchmaking for them at any point in the game.
To unlock this achievement you must find and complete all 6 Proving Grounds. The locations for each proving ground can be found in:

Pandora - Devil’s Razor, The Splinterlands.
Promethea - Meridian Outskirts.
Eden-6 - Floodmoor Basin, Jakobs Estate.
Nekrotafeyo - Desolation’s Edge.

Once you complete the nineteenth story mission "The Great Vault", you can return to the areas listed above and a quest marker will appear when you get near each lodestone.

(Main Story completion recommended for these achievements)
*A general tip for these is to wait until you complete the main story and get access to all the zones, after which you should try and do the side quests in each zone, as those can also unlock certain areas.
*Remember to press R when viewing a planet to see how many locations you have unlocked.
To unlock this achievement you must discover all named locations across Pandora, which has 13 zones with 78 locations to discover. (This includes The Slaughter Shaft)

To unlock this achievement you must find and kill all 10 Legendary Hunt creatures available on various planets. To keep track of which hunts you've already completed go to Hammerlock's quarters aboard Sanctuary, located on the top floor of the ship.

Spoilers:
While not exactly tied to a quest, this achievement will unlock at the end of the 21st story mission "Footsteps of Giants", once you obtain all the vault rewards such as the Eridium decoder or rock smasher.

This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "All Bets Off", which is the final mission of the DLC story.
To unlock this achievement find and sabotage all 5 of the statues spread across the Handsome Jackpot. To keep track of which statues you've already destroyed go to Casa de Timothy, located in the Spendopticon.

This achievement will be unlocked by getting a 21 in the blackjack minigame in some VIP areas. An easy way to do this is in the Grand Opening location after the first loader bots and looters, near a save station and a statue, as seen below.

To unlock this achievement you must complete the main mission "One Man's Treasure" after which you must return and talk with the Clapstructor.
To unlock this achievement you must first complete the side mission "Sisterly Love" in the Spendopticon, then find and kill the Debt Collector, which is a loader rarely found in the area of that mission. The exact spawning location can be seen below. (The Debt Collector appears rarely instead of the normal Badass Loader that always spawns there, so you can save & quit until you get it)

This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "The Party Out of Space", which is the first mission of the DLC story.
This achievement will unlock during the main mission "The Horror in the Woods", which is the fourth mission of the DLC story.
This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "The Call of Gythian", which is the final mission of the DLC story.
To unlock this achievement simply allow Deathtrap to kill 50 enemies. *If you finished the DLC story and didn't unlock the achievement, you could start a new character with that new menu option to get straight to the DLC, and just let Deathtrap do it's thing whenever he is present.
To unlock this achievement you must complete all Crew Challenges and Side Missions on Xylourgos, the DLC planet. The Crew Challenges locations are listed below. As for the missions, you can see where each is by looking at the yellow exclamations markers when visiting a zone.

To unlock this achievement you must complete all plot missions, side missions, and crew challenges on Gehenna. Basically do all the other achievements. Check below for help. To unlock this achievement you must complete all 45 crew challenges on Gehenna.

To unlock this achievement you must complete all side missions on Gehenna. Just check each map for exclamation marks to find them. Pretty straightforward. This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "Blood From A Stone", which is the first mission of the DLC story. This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "The Name Of The Law". This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "Off The Rails". This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "Riding To Ruin", which is the final mission of the DLC story. This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "Where It All Started".

This achievement will unlock once you complete the main mission "Enter the Psychoscape", which is the first mission of the DLC story. This achievement will unlock once you defeat Evil Lilith during the mission "Siege of Castle Crimson". This achievement will unlock once you defeat Locomöbius during the mission "What Love Remains". This achievement will unlock once you defeat Dr. Benedict during the mission "Inhuman Trials". This achievement will unlock once you defeat Psychoreaver during the mission "Locus of Rage". This achievement will unlock when you open both "energy" gates inside Vaulthalla after the mission "Locus of Rage", by solving a certain two-part puzzle. Each part is completed by shooting at 12 yellow switches found across the map (24 secret switches total, see below).

The first 12 big switches are found so:
- 3 right at the start of the map, above you.
- 3 just before you jump in the boss arena.
- 3 in the boss arena.
- 3 inside the Vault, one of them being hidden somewhere you have to slam to get to.
The next 12 small switches are after the first gate inside the Vault:
- 3 above you as you enter the room.
- 3 on the back wall.
- 3 above the back wall as you aproach it.
- 3 after you jump on the pad, near the second gate.

After shooting all 24 of them, you will have access to the final small room with treasure and you will unlock the achievement. If you need help finding any switch feel free to add me.

*The 60 seconds timer inside the Vault doesn't matter.

To unlock this achievement you must complete all side missions and all 9 Signal to Noise crew challenges in Krieg's Mind. Check below for help.

This achievement will unlock once you win a round of Arms Race. To unlock this achievement you must extract 100 pieces of loot from Arms Race. To unlock this achievement you must explore the entire Stormblind Complex.

To unlock this achievement you must solve all murder mysteries for Ava's podcast. To unlock this achievement you must defeat Hemovorous the Invincible. This achievement will unlock once you destroy 50 mysterious Eridium piles.
