Preface

This guide thoroughly lists every static code and puzzle solution available in Resident Evil 4. Sections are organized by appearance in-game, and more specifically by chapter. The location where the puzzle is found will be specified in the section title, and just so you can be sure I've also included a screenshot of the actual area in which a puzzle is located. Below are some contextual notes you may want to know:

"Find this thing" puzzles: Puzzles that simply involve finding a key item and bringing it to a different location, such as the crank in The Valley or the animal heads in the castle will NOT be mentioned in this guide. There isn't anything complex to memorize.
Treasures & Optional Puzzles: Optional puzzles that award treasures ARE included in this guide, such as the tile puzzle at the Lake, assuming they are actually associated with a puzzle with a solution that can be memorized. Treasures from using a key item at a certain area or hidden in a hard-to-find area will NOT be included; as previously stated, there isn't a complex solution to memorize there.
