Every map that has a Lost Tape will have:

• 1x Safe
  
• 2x Keycards
  
  
• Every Safe has 3 possible spots to appear
  
• Every Keycard has 6 possible spots to appear
  
  
• Collect both Keycards and use them to open the Safe, inside will be a Lost Tape to take
  
  
• ( ❗ ) After obtaining all 4 tapes, head to the Lost Tapes menu and press "Play Recording" on each tape to earn your achievement.

Earning the achievement will award you with the "Surveillant" suit, the "Playback" gloves, and the "Clownbyte" mask.

• ( ❗ ) You can solo this achievement; the Keycards can stack in your inventory upon pickup
  
  
• The order of maps in which you get the Tapes is not important
  
• The Tapes can be obtained on any difficulty
  
• There are only 4 maps that hold a Lost Tape

• > This map is Stealth-only

• Tape: "Keeping up with the Garnets"
  
• Contractor: Classics
  
• > Do not confuse this heist with the Dentist's: The Diamond
  
  
  Hoxton Breakout
• Tape: "Enemies of the State"
  
• Contractor: The Dentist
  
• > Day 1 holds your Keycards, Day 2 holds the Lost Safe

SAFE 3 | In the corner of the Warehouse, underneath a flight of stairs

SPECIAL KEYCARD 2 | On the second floor in a storage room, on a pile of boxes
SPECIAL KEYCARD 3 | At the corner of the Dockside Overlook Platform
SPECIAL KEYCARD 4 | On the large stack of crates in the middle of the Warehouse
(!) You might need to jump down from the ceiling to access this place
SPECIAL KEYCARD 5 | Outside, on a blue container next to the Roof Helipad
SPECIAL KEYCARD 6 | Inside the Sewer Tunnel, close to the spawn
(!) Buying the Thermal Paste asset is recommended to access this place
