Constant FPS Drops - Fix

If you are replaying this game now there is a good chance your graphic cards should be more then enough for this old gem.
Naturally, you max out all the settings but low and behold the game keeps dropping FPS periodically.

Go to settings and under graphics, set "PhysX particles" to "off"

The game uses an old PhysX version that isn't fully compatible with newer drivers anymore and causes massive FPS drops. Completely disable PhysX, not low, off!

I haven't tested any of those changes myself so I can't guarantee that any of that will work.

Also, note that the game is hard locked to 60FPS and I advise against any attempt to bypass that. Too many systems in the game will break if the game runs with higher FPS then that.
