Use a ferry to cross the water


There is only one ferry and its between Everett and Port Angeles.

Keep Sailing
Deliver a boat to a marina in Washington


You need to deliver a boat to one of the Sea Horizon areas.

Over the Top
Drive through the forest road to timber harvest in Bellingham


The entrance for this road is east of Bellingham on Route 20 and you have to deliver cargo to the "Deepgrove Forest Products" company.
It looks like it also unlock if you only drive the road without delivering cargo.

Seattle Mole
Drive through both Seattle tunnels


The two tunnels are north and east of Seattle when you drive Route 5 and Route 90.

Steel Wings
Deliver a cargo to an aerospace company in Washington


You need to deliver cargo to the company named "Darwing", south of Everett.
Special Transport mission seems not to count!

Terminal Terminus
Deliver a cargo to both port terminals in Washington


One terminal is at Tacoma and the company you have to deliver it is named "Port of Tacoma"

Second terminal is at Seattle and the company you have to deliver it is named "Port of Seattle"

The Evergreen State
Discover every city in Washington


There are 16 cities you have to visit:

Travel Washington
Visit Mount St. Helens, Grand Coulee Dam, Mount Rainier


Easy achievement, because Mount St. Helens and Mount Rainier can be done within one ride.
