100% Achievement Guide - Fast Guide

This guide will allow you to get all the achievements in the least amount of time.

This will not get you the best ending on the first playthrough. This will involve replaying levels due to certain story choices. However, you do have a 'rewind' feature which allows you to 'rewind' to a point in the story with all the previous choices still there from your original playthrough. Subsequent playthroughs of missions can be done on any difficulty.

There are 5 Strike Force missions & 5 Strike Force Achievements. Do not do any of these on your first playthrough. You do not have to do any of these on Veteran. We will circle back to this after the first playthrough to get 2 more achievements.

Start the game on Veteran. Playing this game on Veteran will net you 14 achievements no matter what you do.

High IQ is an achievement which involves getting 3 pieces of intel scattered across 11 levels in total.

Below, is a video I recommend looking at. Just watch where he gets the intel, get to that section and repeat. 33 intel in total, with none of them being extremely hard to get.

Before you start this mission, change something in your weapon loadout for an achievement. Completing the level also nets you an achievement.

Complete a level with customized loadout.

Investigate the jungle facility.

During the interrogation of Kravchenko, you need to resist killing him when you see the numbers. This will unlock an achievement in a later mission. In the meantime, you will get "Shifting Sands" achievement for completing the mission.

Gather intel on Raul Menendez from Mullah Rahmaan.


Make sure to get the three pieces of intel as well.

While playing as Menendez, there will be 5 civilians being attacked by PDF soldiers. You will get the achievement when you save the final civilian in the burning barn.

On Completion, you will get the "Driven by Rage" achievement.

Man of the People
Stop the brutality inflicted by the PDF.

Take down Menendez and his operation.


Make sure to get the three pieces of intel as well.

At the very end at the driving section, you have to avoid the pipe spewing flames to get the "Hey Good Looking" achievement.

You will also get the "Waterlogged" achievement.

Do NOT catch up to Karma and prevent her from being captured at the end of the mission. Wait it out and let DeFalco run away with her. Again, do NOT do the strike mission to save her or any strike mission for that matter. This is to get an achievement later on. You will get the "What Happens in Colossus" achievement when the level is complete

Since you resisted the urge to kill Kravchenko, you will get the "Dirty Business" in an early part of the mission. This is unmissable if you resisted the urge to shoot him.

Near the end of the mission, you are given an objective to shoot for the head. Shoot for the legs instead to get the "Family Reunion" achievement. You should get this achievement quickly after this is done.

You will also get the "False Profit" achievement for completing the level & the "Old Fashioned" achievement for beating all the past levels on Veteran.

Listen and think before you shoot.

There are two futures.

Capture Manuel Noriega and bring him to justice.

Complete "Pyrrhic Victory", "Old Wounds", "Time And Fate", and "Suffer With Me" in Veteran.

Early in the mission, you have an option of shooting the soldier that is being held hostage or shooting Raul Menendez. Shoot the soldier to get an achievement later on. You will get "Deep Cover" for completing the mission

You should get the "Showdown" achievement if you have been following this guide. This will happen during a cutscene in the middle of the mission.

You will get "Sinking Star" for beating the mission.

Complete the mission for "Late for the Prom" achievement.

Escort the president to the secure location in downtown LA.

If you have been collecting all intel, you will get your final 3 pieces for the "High IQ" achievement.

Near the end of the mission, you have to either shoot of capture Raul Menendez. Do not let the game decide for you as it will void the "Dead or Alive" achievement.

You will get "Death from Above Achievement" for beating the level.

You will get "Futurist" for beating all future levels on Veteran.

You will get "Black Ops II Master" for beating the campaign on Hardened or Veteran difficulty.

Dead or Alive
Jailor or executioner.

Stop Menendez once and for all.

Complete all future levels in veteran.

Replay the mission "Achilles' Veil", I highly recommend changing the difficulty to Regular or Recruit to make the next few missions go by a lot smoother.

Go through the level until you get to the point where you have to shoot the soldier or Raul Memendez. Shoot Raul Menendez for the "Ultimate Sacrifice" achievement.

Rewind the story to "Suffer With Me" (If Karma did not escape with DeFalco in the Karma mission, replay Karma and let it happen)

Complete the Strike Mission "Second Chance" to unlock the "Blind Date" Achievement

Complete the Strike mission "FOB Spectre" for the "Defender" Achievement

Complete the Strike mission "Shipwreck" for the "Singapore Sling" Achievement

Complete the Strike mission "I.E.D" for the "Desert Storm" Achievement

Complete the Mission "Suffer With Me", however, make sure to change your loadout to include a weapon from the future to get the "Back in Time" achievement

Complete the Strike Mission "Dispatch" for the "Art of War" Achievement. You should also get the "Ten K" achievement for scoring a minimum of 10k in every mission.

During the mission Achilles Veil, kill Harper so Karma lives.

During Odysseus shoot Briggs in the leg. When the mission is done, you should get the achievements "Good karma" & "Ship Shape"

Blind Date
Successfully rescue HVI.


Defender
Successfully defend FOB Spectre from incursion.


Singapore Sling
Successfully defend FOB Spectre from incursion.


Desert Storm
Successfully escort the VIPs to safety.


Back in Time
Use a future weapon in the past.


Art Of War
Successfully assassinate SDC Chairman Tian Zhao.


Ten K
Minimum score 10k in every mission


Good Karma
Crack the Celerium worm.


Ship Shape
Reinforcements on the way.

Mission Complete involves doing all challenges in a level. I recommend doing Karma, as its fairly easy to get them all if you know all the challenges you have to do.

Giant Accomplishment is the longest & hardest achievement to get in the game. This adds a load of hours to what would have been a 15 hour game.

If you do not want to do all of the challenges, I recommend using the save file provided in the guide below. If you don't want to do that, good luck!
