Put the "players" folder in this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\players

Be sure to make a backup of your own save file.

Challenges

There are a total of 160 challenges in this game. My save file has 159/160 challenges completed so that you can do the last one yourself and get the achievement.

Sounds easy right? All you need to do now to get the achievement is to finish the first level "Pyrrhic Victory" without dying/failing the mission. If you restarted from a checkpoint during the mission it may be null and void.

Select the Recruit difficulty to get it over with as easy and fast as possible. My save also has all campaign missions completed on veteran as well as all intel collected so you get other achievements as well. And well, thats about it!
