So what you do, you gotta repeat this the entire time you're playing

Tell this to your friends, teammates, even the enemies if you wish.

The zombies don't need to breathe so you just gotta remember the two step program for yourself and/or your friends

After some working, i found a patch for if your game crashes or your house loses power

just remember the steps you took in game and apply them to real life but, without the extra game stuff. so it's just:

Step one: Breathe in

Step two: Breathe out

now just repeat this and you should be fine

-Added anti cheat security to prevent higher beings from sacrificing rocks

-After a lot of research, a fix for accidentally breathing in water while breathing could not be found. it is advised to avoid drinking water while breathing
