Bannerlord Kingslayer + Best Served Cold Achievements

KINGSLAYER

1. Find enemy king's party

2. Have more powerful party (IMPORTANT)

3. Make sure King is running away from you and does not want to engage you at all

4. Click on his army and wait for the interaction menu to pop-up

5. Leave interaction menu and DO NOT TOUCH ANYWHERE ON THE MAP except his party

6. Save your game if you're not on ironman-mode

7. Click on Kings Party again and attack him

8. order your troops however you think is best but DO NOT KILL THE KING, try to kill all his troops

9. Once you have killed all of kings troops press TAB - click mouse wheel - RETREAT

10. Leave the interaction ( DO NOT MOVE ANYWHERE ON THE MAP, King's army should now have only 1 to 3 troops ideally which means he is much faster than your army)

10. Save game (now you should have only king or maybe 2-3 more of his troops alive.)

11. Click King's party and attack him. you can choose to repeat steps from "8" or kill king directly.

12. After killing the King exit back to interaction menu, if message "you are free to go / you are my prisoner now" pops up then it means that you failed and need to reload the game to previous save.

This method where only the King himself is alive in his party makes sure that every time you reload your saved-game your battles only last for about 30 seconds average and this allows you to have more attempts to get this achievement much faster than having to fight his 100 troops every time you reload...

BEST SERVED COLD

BEFORE STARTING MAKE SURE YOU ENABLE DEATH FOR PARTY MEMBERS IN CAMPAIGN SETINGS AFTER PRESSING ESC


1. Find enemy Lord

2. Make sure you have more troops than him and that he is running away from you

3. Click on Enemy Lord

4. Leave interaction menu but DON'T MOVE YOUR PARTY

5. Save game

6. Click Enemy Lord and attack him

7. Put your family member you want to die or multiple members (increase chance for one of them to die) into 1 group alone

8. Send them alone to charge attack enemies and wait for them to die (best if DISMOUNTED)

9. After they die just TAB - Click mouse wheel and then Retreat

10. If they died you will get a message in bottom right corner that notifies you of death and sound will also be played - If nobody dies just reload save and repeat process from number 6...

11. When someone dies finally. Just attack the enemy lord again and defeat him

12. Take enemy lord as prisioner and execute him
