Couldn't pass Driving School in GTA San Andreas FIX !!

Enabling the Frame Limiter inside the game forces the game to clock it's fps at 26-27 fps . Now when i tried doing the same 2 missions ( Wheelie Weave and Alley Loop ) , i easily was able to do the barrel rolls . Haha , so this was the fix .
