Disclamer:
The ENB Graphics settings have been modified for gameplay.

Installation:
Choose One of the ENB folders and extract or copy the files to
your Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Directory.

Open the modloader folder then the ENBSeriesAutoToggle,
next is to copy both files in the folder to Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
game directory.
The other option is to copy the ENBSeriesAutoToggle folder to your
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas modloader folder.

This will disable ENB inside interiors, the ENBSeriesAutoToggle.ini
has toggles for the menu and interiors that can be toggled.
(This will use the "Shift+F12" buttons for Auto-Toggle. Your Jump
and possibly screenshot button for steam if the shortcut key is left on default)

Optional:
"noisefix.cs"

This optional file requires Cleo Library. Modloader is not required
but can be copied to the modloader folder.

This optional file removes the noise effect while it's raining in-game.

Copy the file to your Cleo folder in your
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas game directory.

Or Copy the camera folder within the modloader folder to your modloader folder
in your Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Directory.

Credits to the person that uploaded and programmed the noisefix.cs file.
