This isn't a build with an .exe file for installation; I don't know how to do that. So you'll have to install and configure it yourself.

1. You must have PURCHASED and INSTALLED a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the latest version. (LICENSE ONLY!)
   
2. Once you've downloaded and installed it, run a clean copy of GTA SA. (TO CHECK THAT THE GAME WORKS)
   
3. Download the archive with my build via Yandex.Disk or uTorrent
   
4. Paste everything from my archive into the game's root folder (replace if necessary)
   
5. The game runs via Steam.
   
6. Enjoy the game!

• Is a new game required? NOT REQUIRED, but for the game to be stable, start a new game!
  
• Can I install mods for cars, etc.? Yes, if you know how and if the mods don't conflict with the installed mods.
  
• Is the Trainer included in the build? No, if you need to install any you like, install any you like.
  
• If an error occurs upon launch:
  cannot find 800x600x32 video mode? Then you should:
  RMB gta_sa.exe - "Compatibility" - "Change high DPI settings" -
  check "Override high DPI scaling mode" Permissions", select "Application" and save.
  
• Saves aren't working or the game won't save! Run the game
  as administrator.
  
• For some reason, NPCs and some missions in the game aren't behaving correctly! Lock the FPS to 60, and the problem should go away.

It may seem complicated, but it's quite the opposite. I struggled putting it all together, but you'll just have to install it in order following the instructions.
You'll only need patience and attention to detail, although I've described everything sequentially and in detail.
