How to install mods in RDR2

This program is required and is necessary (ONLY FOR .LML FILES) for mods to inject into the game.

1.) Copy all files from "ModLoader" into your RDR 2 game root folder so that files such as vfs.asi are in the same folder as your RDR2.exe.

2.) The Mod Manager folder can be anywhere and does not need to be inside the game folder.

3.) New mods go into lml folder or use the button "Download with Mod Manager" on the mod website if it is supported (see installation video for an example).

The only other requirement (for .ASI files) is ScriptHook[dev-c.com]. (AKA ScriptHookRDR2 or ScriptHook AB) ScriptHook V2 also exists, but seems to be less compatible overall. .ASI mods are NOT placed in LML folder, ONLY in Directory (in the same folder where rdr2.exe is located)

1. Auto Looting[www.nexusmods.com]: loots bodies automatically immediately after they die

2. Remove Speed Limits[www.nexusmods.com]: doesnt force you to stop sprinting on foot or on horse in certain areas. After using this mod for some time, it does kind of cause issues with main missions when following an npc as your walking speed is static and you cant really slow down even using a controller. In other words you are always walking faster than any NPC in question when in an escort or follow situation. This even applies on horseback as well, so holding A/X will only somewhat automatically follow them, but its kinda buggy and hard to explain what exactly happens.

3. Unlimited Horse Whistling Distance[www.nexusmods.com]
   REQUIRES SCRIPTHOOK RDR2;[dev-c.com] : can be considered cheating, but max whistling distance is not very far even with highest bonding level, this mod uncaps that

4. No Bounty When Masked[www.nexusmods.com]: pretty self explanatory

5. Open All Interiors[www.nexusmods.com]
   REQUIRES SCRIPTHOOK RDR2;[dev-c.com] : Enables access to almost every interior (buildings) in game that were previously inaccessible. This one is a TINY bit misleading, obviously not every single building in the game is accessible, but there definitely are some spots on the map that become explorable, for example the big steamboats. (There is one house in Lagras that for some reason teleports you 50 feet in the air affectively killing you, but otherwise worth playing around with)

6. Cut Dialogue Restoration[www.nexusmods.com]
   REQUIRES SCRIPTHOOK RDR2;[dev-c.com] : does what it says

7. Smoking Complete[www.nexusmods.com]
   REQUIRES SCRIPTHOOK RDR2;[dev-c.com] : view control scheme on mod site; allows you to keep cigarette or cigar in your mouth and continue smoking.

8. Gun Tricks[www.nexusmods.com]: Allows gun spinning; only seen in Red Dead Online
   REQUIRES ONLINE CONTENT UNLOCKER[www.nexusmods.com]

9. BloodLust[www.nexusmods.com]
   REQUIRES SCRIPTHOOK RDR2;[dev-c.com] : beautifully increases gore; configurable

10. Rampage Trainer[www.nexusmods.com]: simple little trainer that gives you QOL options especially if you've already beaten the game once; view mod site for control scheme;
    REQUIRES SCRIPTHOOK RDR2;[dev-c.com] FYI: This mod disables Online (game closes when entering online) as a safety feature. I would NOT recommend playing online at all with any mods installed, even if it only affects your game client side. It could and may end in a permanent ban (could be IP, hardware, entire account, who knows). I honestly recommend installing this alongside mods anyways even if you don't plan to use it incase you accidentally join a multiplayer game.

11. Playstation Icons Replacement[www.nexusmods.com]
    REQUIRES SCRIPTHOOK RDR2;[dev-c.com] : replaces xbox icon glyphs with PS (Obviously only use this if you plan on using Playstation controller instead of xbox)

• Harlots[www.nexusmods.com]: adds prostitutes to every saloon in the game (visible with white marker on map)

• Camp Girls[www.nexusmods.com]: allows you to sleep with certain characters at your camp (only works from 11pm to 3am, and only works with Abigail, Karen, Marybeth, Molly, Sadie, and Tilly) View mod page for more information. Adds a interaction/dialogue prompt (only during said time and also only at certain camps). I also believe using a trainer to change the time of day does not force the mod to work.
