How to post Artworks for games which don't have an Artwork tab
Introduction
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas doesn't have an Artwork tab on its community hub, neither a Upload Artwork button.
If you try to make a post from your Steam profile, you will be redirected to the community hub as you can see in this thread. But it's still possible post Artworks following the simple steps listed in the next section.

2. Press F12 to open the developer tools.
3. Press Ctrl + F to open the developer tools searchbar.
4. Copy and paste the following text in the searchbar:
"ConsumerAppID"
You will see something like this:
5. Now we need the AppID, in other words, the identifier of your game. You can get it in the URL of the Steam Store page:
Or if for some reason, your game doesn't have a store page, get it from SteamDB:
- Grand Theft Auto III: 12100
- Grand Theft Auto Vice City: 12110
- Grand Theft Auto San Andreas: 12120
6. Paste the AppID of your desired game between the quotation marks next to the value property.
7. Press Enter. Now you can close the developer tools (F12) and post your artwork normally.
