PERFECT VERSION of GTA SA

Hiya
I wanna share with y'all, how to get the perfect version of GTA SA. With "Perfect Version" I mean: No bugs, no missions bugged, no braking cars, no swimming problems etc...
I've seen a lot of tutorials, videos and guides fixing the game but every time I tried one of them, they fix something but they ignore other 1000 problems that the game has.

STEP - 1
Get a new and clean installation of the game from Steam.

STEP - 2
Download the Definitive Edition from this website (It's about modders that have been trying to make perfect and fixed version of Rockstar Games titles) of GTA SA obv.

STEP - 3
Take all of the files inside the DE Folder and drag them into your STEAM GTA SA folder. Replace all. Proceed

Download the FL cleo fix (Frame Limiter) from this link: https://hdnshare.blogspot.com/2018/11/gta-sa-frame-limiter-mod.html
