The infamous Fate of Yugoslavia, how do you do it without starting world war 2 early❓

you have to do this before Yugoslavia finishes the focus "Establish the Bonavina of Croatia"

also have in mind that to annex Yugoslavia

World tension will need to be below 30% im not really sure. i read that in a forum
You have to annex Yugoslavia after Anchsluss and before Demand Sudentenland

After starting a new save, create the intelligence agency, upgrade it (localized training centers, invisible ink etc), do the fuhrerprinzip and recruit Todt
Train units as you normaly would to Anchsluss. personally i do 6 units.
Start improving relations with Yugoslavia and apply political pressure with your spies to make them accept the non-agression pact.

After they accepted the non-agression pact you automatically bypass the focuses Demand Slovenia and First Ljubjlina Award.
After securing the non-agression pact, start the propaganda missions and boost idiology make sure fascism doesnt go over 45% or a civil war will start on Yugoslavia to reduce their stability and war support.

After their stability and war support falls below your intended percentage, complete the focus The Fate of Yugoslavia and select your optionl.
