Audio crackling fix.

Change audio output quality

On Windows, go to Sound Settings.
Navigate to the Playback tab.
Right-click the current audio output device.
Select Properties.
Navigate to the Advanced tab.
Set Default Format to 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality).
Done.
