Phantom Liberty - 100% Achievement Guide [ENG]

This guide will spoiler you a lot of information about the easiest and fastest ways to get the achievements. So if you want to figure it out by yourself: DON'T USE THIS GUIDE!

All the President's Men
Save President Myers.

Arachnophobia
Defeat the Chimera.

Dirty Deeds
Complete every Gig in Dogtown.


You need to complete the ten quests from Mr. Hands.

Easy Come, Easy Go
Steal the Arasaka medical truck or deliver 10 vehicles to El Capitan.


These quests are unlocking after doing the story related quests and finishing 'All the President's Men'. You can now do 'Push to the Limit' and you`ll see the following icon on the map:



Normaly there are some enemies at the car you need to hijack:



You need to do ten of these missions or steal the Arasaka medical truck, which appears after eight deliveries.

Judgement Day
Eliminate three bosses from the "Increased criminal activity" category.


There are exactly three increased criminal activities on the map and explicit at Dogtown. The locations:



Tipp in advance: There are also three relic points for the quest 'Relic Ruler'.

King of Cups
Fulfill Songbird's request.


To get this ending, you need to choose "Betray Songbird" during the mission 'Firestarter' (make a save here, because you need to reload and choose "Betray Reed" for an alternative ending) and choose to kill her, when you meet here again at the core.

King of Pentacles
Refuse Songbird's request.


To get this ending, you need to choose "Betray Songbird" during the mission 'Firestarter' (make a save here, because you need to reload and choose "Betray Reed" for an alternative ending) and choose to not killing her, when you meet here again at the core.

King of Swords
Take Songbird home.


To get this ending, you need to choose "Betray Reed" during the mission 'Firestarter' (make a save here, because you need to reload and choose "Betray Songbird" for an alternative ending) and play until the mission 'The Killing Moon' starts. You need to do another save here, because there are two endings possible! This one here can be achieved when you agree to call Reed and carry Songbird to the shuttle, where Reed is waiting for you.

King of Wands
Take Songbird to the stars


To get this ending, you need to choose "Betray Reed" during the mission 'Firestarter' (make a save here, because you need to reload and choose "Betray Songbird" for an alternative ending) and play until the mission 'The Killing Moon' starts. You need to do another save here, because there are two endings possible! This one here can be achieved when you pick up Songbird after the train ride and when talking to Reed you have to choose the following options:

• Can't let you take her
  
• Draw Weapon
  
• Shoot Reed

Relic Ruler
Unlock all Perks in the Relic Perk tree.


There are 15 Relic Points to obtain. Most of them can be found by doing the other achievements.

• You can get six of them by doing the story mission
  
• Three are given by exploring the "Increased criminal activity" areas, which are need to do for the 'Judgement Day' achievement
  
• The other six can be collected by "Restricted Data Terminals". They show up on your map with a white relic icon when you're nearby.

Spin Doctor
Complete “Run This Town”

The APB is Not Enough
Become Dogtown's most wanted criminal.


You need to attack civilians and police force to get a five star rating on the right:

The Tower
Complete "Things Done Changed".


When you `ve done the 'King of Pentacles' or the 'King of Swords' achievement, wait until you can call Reed:



There is no return now:



Play until the achievement pops up.
