Hidden Items in Cyberpunk 2077 And Where To Find Them (Yes, You Missed These)

• Given how much there is to see, it's no wonder most players end up either accidentally finding some hidden gems in the game or just completely missing out on them.
  
  
• It would be difficult to list out all the hidden valuable items of the game, but there are some that are fairly easy to find or just hidden in plain sight.
  
  
• From gear to iconic weapons and quirky quest items, these hidden items in the game are worth traveling the extra mile for, especially early on in the game.

• Weapon Type: Throwable Axe
  
• Base Weapon: Claw
  
• Iconic Effect: Additional mod slots, improved handling.

The Claw X-MOD2 is a melee weapon that's available in the Phantom Liberty DLC. It's a very powerful weapon that deals a lot of damage.

Location: You can find the Claw x-MOD2 in Dogtown. It's at the top of the building where Mr. Hands stays.
⚫You may notice that this building is shaped like a pyramid, so it isn't the easiest to climb in the game.
Yet, you can scale it up by repeatedly jumping and double-jumping. It can be a little awkward, but it is possible

• Iconic Effect: A scope is attached, a silencer is attached, and each successive hit increases the critical chance but decreases the accuracy until a shot is missed.

Taking people out in just a few shots, and those shots are unleashed quickly since the rate of fire on this weapon is quite high.

Location:The weapon can be found within a cache in Dogtown. It's in the area containing a bunch of old, abandoned stores, below the main street.

⚫You can find the cache in a machine that's on the floor, under the 'Aesculapius Inc.' sign.
To access it, enter the code 941229.

• Equipment Type: Legs
  
• Style: NEOKITSCH

They used to provide you with bonuses in earlier updates, but CD Projekt RED has turned clothes into almost exclusively cosmetic items. Therefore, this item doesn't give you any gameplay benefits, but it makes you look cooler.

Location: The pants or skirt can be found on Jig-Jig Street. More specifically, it can be found high up on the said street. So, with double jump equipped, jump your way onto the Jig-Jig Street sign.

⚫Use the nearby fire escape to go higher, before climbing a ladder to reach the roof. Up there, you can find a little shack with a body in it. Loot the item of clothing from that body.

• Base Weapon: Arasaka HJKE-11 Yukimura
  
• Iconic Effect: Fires 4 rounds per shot, increases magazine size, increases projectile speed, can lock onto 4 targets simultaneously, and projectiles deal additional electrical damage

The Genjiroh is a difficult-to-acquire but very effective SMART pistol. Because it's a SMART pistol, it gives you a little help while aiming. What makes the gun even better is that it fires four projectiles per shot, which naturally makes it even more deadly.

Location: To get the Genjiroh pistol, you need to get inside the Arasaka Estate.With the double-jump, you can use the bushes at the front entrance to get up and over the wall. Then, you need to enter the building.

⚫In the main lobby, there is a door across from the stairs that you can enter. Inside here is a desk with Genjiroh atop it.

Motorbikes are fun to ride in most open-world video games, and Cyberpunk 2077 is no different. It helps when you ride something that is as quick and smooth as the ARCH Nazare 'Itsumade.'

Location: You can find the bike in a garage in the Northside area of Watson. It's next to the All Foods place.

⚫Simply go up to the panel next to the garage and type in 0214 to open it.

• Iconic Effect: Fires 4 rounds per shot, fires five shots when fully charged, and has a slightly larger magazine

Lizzie is less of a tech pistol and more like a shotgun that can fire through walls. Not particularly great if your enemy is far away, but up close, it'll tear their face off in a single blast.

Location: Naturally, Lizzie's gun is at Lizzie's Bar.

⚫You'll find it in a private room opposite Judy Alvarez's braindance tuning studio in the basement, but it's only available after the mission Automatic Love.

• Vehicle Type: Nomad Off-Roader

The Type-66 'Hoon,' as it is affectionately referred to, is pretty much the same as the Type-66 'Javelina.' It’s just as fast and capable of off-road driving, but it comes with guns capable of ripping Raffens to shreds. It’s also quite possibly the fastest car V can get their hands on in the early parts of the game.

Location:You'll need to find an almost empty warehouse at the north end of Watson to find the Type-66 'Hoon.'

⚫You'll know you've found it once the I'm In Love With My Car side job pops up. Once you find it, you'll then need to find the keys in a box hidden in some rubble nearby. After that, the car is yours.

Note: The Type-66 'Hoon' doesn’t become available until the beginning of Act 2, so don’t try to find it until you’ve finished the botched heist for Dexter DeShawn.

• Weapon Type: Power Assault Rifle
  
• Base Weapon: Tsunami Kyubi
  
• Iconic Effect: Hits temporarily weaken enemies, reducing their damage output by 34 percent, movement speed by 50 percent, and stamina by 25 percent. Also prevents enemies from using Kerenzikov or Sandevistan and makes them easier to knock over. Magazine capacity is reduced by 20 percent, but the headshot damage multiplier is increased by 50 percent.

With the right scope, Hawk is an ideal marksman rifle. It fires just one shot at a time, but each of those shots inflicts a powerful debuff on enemies

Location: At the end of the Phantom Liberty's main job, Lucretia My Reflection, Reed and President Myers will exit your Dogtown hideout on Kress Street.

⚫Instead of following them out of the building, double back to the hideout, and you'll find Hawk leaning against a wall on the right just as you enter.

TIP: Use your eye scanner to find it a little more easily. Hawk doesn't automatically highlight like other iconic weapons.

• Weapon Type: Smart Shotgun
  
• Base Weapon: L-69 Zhuo
  
• Iconic Effect: Fires explosive homing rounds, greatly increased chance to dismember enemies

Shotguns are already powerful weapons, but Ba Xing Chong escalates that power to a whole new level. While other shotguns fire inaccurate clouds of pellets, Ba Xing Chong's projectiles will always find their mark every->Single->Time.

Location: Getting Ba Xing Chong is no simple task. First, you'll have to defeat Adam Smasher and take his access code. Then you'll need to return to Smasher's hideout on the Ebunike and use that code to open his vault. Craft it using the schematic you find within.

NOTE: Because you can't get Adam Smasher's access code until the end of the game, Ba Xing Chong can't be used until you've beaten the game at least once. Reloading to the Point of No Return gives you the opportunity to perform any quests you missed and also pick up any weapons that become available after beating the game.

• Iconic Effect: Improved overall stats. Guaranteed two open mod slots.

The Pozhar is the second rapid-fire shotgun to arrive in Cyberpunk, and it's arguably even more effective, is a slightly better Pozhar with improved handling and a guaranteed two open mod slots.

Location:It can be a bit tricky getting the Pozhar X-MOD2. You have to go to an early-morning house party at an apartment building under construction near Kress Street in Dogtown.

⚫However, you'll have to arrive in the early hours of the morning (just before 5 AM) for the door to be open.

• Iconic Effect: Fires four rounds per shot, increased damage, rate of fire, recoil, and bullet spread, chance to dismember targets

Most guns can apply bleed effects, but odds are that most enemies die before it ever becomes an issue. This gun fixes that by firing four rounds at once.

Location: Provided you left them alive during Act One, Dum Dum and Royce will then be encountered at a later time during the side job Second Conflict, at a club known as Totentantz.

⚫The job doesn't necessarily require Dum Dum's death, but if you kill him, you can grab Doom Doom from his corpse.

• Iconic Effect: Slightly improved weapon handling. Guaranteed two open mod slots.

Not every street samurai is out looking to cut chooms with a katana. Some mercs want the brutal, grim-dark efficiency that only a chainsaw can provide. You'll have to pardon the mess.

Location: You'll find the Cut-O-Matic X-MOD2 at the southwest edge of Dogtown.Head to the Terra Cognita fast travel point, then make your way around the smaller circular building with struts that go into the ground.

⚫The Cut-O-Matic X-MOD2 is at the end of a small gorge in a pile of refuse.

• Weapon Type: Smart SMG
  
• Base Weapon: TKI-20 Shingen
  
• Iconic Effect: Tracks up to three targets, fires explosive rounds with a chance to burn

Speaking of Smart weapons, there's another very cool legendary submachine gun hidden inside a shipping container. It's well worth your while if submachine guns are your specialty.

Location: To get your hands on this, head over to the Arasaka Industrial Park in Santo Domingo (you'll remember this spot from the Gimme Danger main job). It's easy to find by simply using the fast travel terminal to get there.
⚫There's an open shipping container marked 667 where the Prototype Shingen is being maintained.

NOTE: You can actually get the Prototype Shingen earlier than the Gimme Danger mission. Just head to the Arasaka Industrial Park at the beginning of Act Two, and it'll be there waiting in shipping container 667.

• Weapon Type: Power Pistol
  
• Base Weapon: Constitutional Arms Liberty
  
• Iconic Effect: Fires eddies instead of ammo, higher chance to bleed

Although few know of Plan B's existence, that might not be a bad thing; this weapon charges you with eddies every time you pull the trigger.

Location: Head to the Medeski Fuel Station fast-travel point, then head south along the road until it turns into a dirt path. You'll eventually reach DeShawn's body, where you can loot Plan B.

⚫Plan B becomes available after Dex DeShawn beefs it at the beginning of Act Two.

• Weapon Type: Blade
  
• Base Weapon: Katana
  
• Iconic Effect: Can perform the quickdraw attack that guarantees bleed status. If the target is already bleeding from Nehan, it causes hemorrhaging instead. You regain health from hemorrhaging enemies.

Its unique quickdraw attack makes you feel like a real samurai, and when paired with Nehan, it can cause intense bleed effects that heal you as you fight.

Location: Satori is first available during Act One's heist. Instead of heading down from Yorinobu's suite at Konpeki Plaza, head up to the roof to snag Satori from Saburo Araska's helicopter. And be sure to snag Nehan from his corpse while you're at it.

⚫If you miss Satori the first time around, don't worry. The weapon vendor at EBM Petrochem Stadium in Dogtown will sell it to you, but it'll cost you.

• Iconic Effect: Improved overall stats. Guaranteed two open mod slots.

Some problems don't require the elegance of a blade or the precision of a sniper rifle. Some problems just need you to charge at a gonk with a baseball bat and bash their brains in.

Location:From the northern corner of the Heavy Hearts club, head across the street to the construction zone and look for a concrete staircase.

⚫Head up the stairs, then take a left, and then another left, and then a right. The Baseball Bat X-MOD2 is in a box at the end.

• Weapon Type: Power Shotgun
  
• Base Weapon: Budget Arms Carnage
  
• Iconic Effect: Deals chemical damage with a chance to poison, 20 pellets per shot, reduced fire rate, reduced reload speed, and highly increased recoil

Rebecca's shotgun from Edgerunners is the same shotgun as in Cyberpunk 2077.The chemical and poison damage seems superfluous, but you can actually fire Guts well beyond its effective range to apply poison to targets that refuse to get close.

Location: Head to the Araska Tower fast travel station at City Center in Corpo Plaza, right in the heart of Night City. Take a right and head up the stairs, then run around the walkway until you find three monks.

⚫Behind them, you'll find Guts in the bushes.

• Handling: Superb on-road performance and extremely high top speed

The Rayfield Caliburn Hypercar becomes available during Act Two, sometime after your completion of the Ghost Town side job with Panam, which has you wipe out Nash's hideout inside a cave.

Location: After the full quest is complete, return to the very same cave 24 hours later and drive past the spot where you fought Nash and his men.

⚫A storage unit will automatically open up and reveal the car, along with some other loot. There's also a shard detailing why Murk Man left his car in the cave for V to find.

• Iconic Effect: 30 percent chance to inflict burn. Guaranteed critical hits onburningenemies

Hitting a burning target means guaranteed critical hits with Errata, making it one of the most potent katana in the game. It's also pretty easy to miss, especially if you haven't been back to one of the earliest mission locations.

Location: If you haven't been back to the Electric Corporation power plant, it's time to make a detour. You can find Errata during the Disasterpiece main job.

⚫Head to the bottom of the power plant, and you'll find Errata sitting inside the forge.
