Screenshots are mine and all information is gathered by me because there is not much info abt the barghest vehicles in the wikis, so there are mistakes. Also I just started this so there is some info lacking.

Stationed around the map, it will NOT participate in chases caused by a wanted level this is because the car is used by the soldiers (green dudes) who operate as another instance

Very Rare
I have no clue how and where it spawns, I just know that it's rarer and that it spawns near the dogtown gate entrance (maybe smth like border patrol?)
If you're wandering abt what is different than the normal one than:

• Wraparound Pushbar at the front
  
• Tail light guards (they wrap around the whole back of the car)
  
• The rear wheels have wheel spats on them
  
• Ofc the livery has changed, also it mentions "uni war ogs" (I think) uni war = unification war
  so this would suggest that this car is driven by uni war veterans
  
• Some minor changes on the roof

Any BARGHEST soldier (the green ones) can drive it (I'm assuming this)

I'm pretty sure that it spawns at 2+ stars but the more stars u have the more of these Suprons will spawn
