Bugged Redlauncher fix (Redlauncher starts blurry and bugged)

There are two options you could also try to fix the issue:


1. remove web cache folder of REDlauncher:
Please, remove the '%localappdata%\Programs\CD Projekt Red\REDlauncher\web-engine-storage' folder and then relaunch the game from Steam Launcher.

2. remove whole REDlauncher directory:
Please remove or just rename the '%localappdata%\Programs\CD Projekt Red\REDlauncher' folder and then relaunch the game from Steam Launcher. REDlauncher should be then reinstalled automatically.
