CASTLE CRASHERS ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE

hello! i am jaecee! and i like to play a lot of games, and enjoy writing guides for some too. i want to make more guides for castle crashers, so expect some more. this is a detailed guide with tips on how to get every achievement in the game. and with me having gotten every achievement on xbox TWICE, ps3, and am working on PC, i think i know what i'm talking about. but i'll stop talking, here is the content.

this is probably the easiest achievement to obtain, but to get it all you have to do is beat any boss in the game without magic. just use your sword.

note that any boss, including the volleyball match at the end of sandcastle roof, will work for this

near the end of the flowery fields level, when you're using the catapults to cross the gap, you have to time it right, and get the highest possible power to earn this.

note you know you did it right it the power bar starts flashing red

to get this achievement, find the shovel in the desert level, and dig up 10 "X" spots on the ground
said "X" spots ---------------->

to get this achievement you have to get through the abandoned mill level, without hitting any objects

note you can just follow slightly behind the other deer, and they will show you where to go.

this is probably the most straightforward achievement. just beat the game with any character

in a 4-player multiplayer game, yes has to be 4 players, resuscitate all 4 of your teammates. and keep in mind you can't leave the game in between

note you can use: your friends, online multiplayer (hardest), or if you just so happen to have 3 extra controllers you can just plug them all in and DIY

this achievement is unlocked by beating any boss as its own minion

note the easiest character to do this with is the Barbarian

list of all possible characters:

• Barbarian killing Barbarian Boss
  
• Bear killing Catfish
  
• Conehead killing Cyclops or The Groom
  
• Fire Demon killing Dragon and Sock Puppet
  
• Industrialist killing Industrial Machine
  
• Saracen winning the volleyball game on the sandcastle roof level
  
• Snakey killing Medusa
  
• Iceskimo killing Frost King
  
• Skeleton killing Undead Cyclops
  
• Cult Minion killing The Evil Wizard

this achievement can only be obtained in a 4-player game, and to get it you need to win a kiss from all 4 of the princesses, meaning you have to win all the battles against your teammates.

note you can do this in separate sessions (not all in one sitting) and its easiest to do it by yourself with three other controllers, or tell your friends or people you're playing with, to let you win.

to get this achievement you need to get all 28 pets in the game, which you can find in this guide: -i have not made the guide yet so for now just search up a video-

from this point on we get to the hardest achievements in the game. this achievement is unlocked by completing the home castle, through the barbarian boss levels without attacking, yep that means:

• NO magic
  
• NO melee
  
• NO arrows
  
• NO items

except for one thing: magic jump. the game, for whatever reason, doesn't count the magic jump as an attack, granting you no XP. so to complete this achievement solo, just use magic jump, specifically the red nights magic. this is because splash damage, doesn't count as an attack, because you hold the magic down, but if you're going to use his splash damage, only use it on bosses, as it will count as an attack on normal enemies.

you could also just do this in multiplayer, and have your teammate attack everyone, or even with another controller.

to get this achievement, you have to make it to 2:30 in back off barbarian a lot of this achievement is skill so that means there is little to none strategy, except for this:

play on the snow map, and look closely at the rows. on each row there is one set of buttons and they alternate:
no matter what map, it will always alternate like that, so as long as you memorize which lanes are which, you can master this gamemode and achievement.

this achievement is really only hard because the game can be dead sometimes, so i recommend getting a friend to help you, as its impossible without. to get this achievement, you need to win 40 online matches in area, in any gamemode.
