- HxD Hex Editor[mh-nexus.de]

Instructions

  1. Backup the "FF7_Launcher.exe"
  2. Open Steamless, browse and unpack "FF7_Launcher.exe".
  3. Open HxD and browse "FF7_Launcher.exe.unpacked.exe".
  4. Click Search -> Replace (Ctrl + R) > Hex-values > "00 00 8B 46 14 8B 88 14" to "00 00 EB CD 90 8B 88 14".
  5. Click Edit > Select Block (Ctrl + E) > Start-offset: 425F0 End-offset: 425FF
  6. Click Edit > Fill Selection... > Hex values: 00 > OK
  7. Save as "FF7_Launcher.exe" and Replace.
  8. Run the game.
