Fix audio problems with DSOAL

1. Go to this link to download DSOAL
   https://github.com/kcat/dsoal/releases
2. Click Assets
   Download either DSOAL.7z or DSOAL.zip
3. Open the archive with either 7Zip or Winrar

4. Navigate to DSOAL\DSOAL + HRTF\Win32 (since Resident Evil 5 is a 32-bit game)

5. Make sure the files are like in the shown screenshot above
