Fix for poor performance/FPS with multiple drives

It matters on what drive the game is installed.
With the game installed onto a second SSD, my game would have horrible FPS, load times, and audio stuttering everywhere in Windy City. I had to change the install location to my boot C: drive, and I was able to get 1080p/60FPS 99% on High. (Anti-aliasing=off / Textures = medium)

Maybe an issue with Ubisoft drm being on a different drive, never had this issue with other games. Hope this helps those who recently got this for the Living City mod.
