How To Upgrade Or Purchase An Apartment🏢

The process of upgrading your apartment or purchasing a whole new place to live is relatively simple in Cyberpunk 2077.
Return to V’s apartment that you receive after the game’s short prologue, head over to the computer, and select the EZEstates website in the bottom right corner. Here, you'll be able to view and select apartments available for purchase.
To purchase an apartment, simply choose one and, if you have enough cash, it will be yours. All of your in-game items will be available from each apartment through a shared stash.

You can also customize V's original apartment through the EZEstates website. There are six different themes to choose from which modify the colors and patterns you see on the walls and floor. These are purely aesthetic changes.

Apartments Available For Purchase🏦

V can unlock access to nine apartments across Night City and its surroundings.Each apartment ranges in price, style, atmosphere, and location.

They will acquire their first apartment in Megabuilding H10 in Act 1, which will serve as their home base.
In Act 2, four more can become available, provided V meets certain prerequisites.
Another additional four can be bought after visiting the location or from the netpage. Once unlocked, apartments are designated on the map with a unique icon

Each apartment comes with a collection of consumable items to make them seem like lived-in domiciles. These can range from drinks and alcoholic beverages to foodstuffs like pizza and Hawt Dawgs.

1)V’s Standard Apartment – Megabuilding H10 (Free)

Location: Watson – Megabuilding H10 (your starter apartment)
Price: Free (auto-given after Prologue)
Unlock: Automatically after The Rescue prologue.
Notes: You can customize this one (color schemes, themes) via the EZEstates website on the PC inside it (cost per style ~10,000 Eddies).

2) Northside Apartment – Watson

Location: Northside district, Watson
Price: ~5,000 Eddies
Unlock Method: Available after completing the main quest Playing for Time (end of Act I) so that the EZEstates website unlocks.Then buy via the EZEstates website on a PC or at the apartment location.
Bonus Tip: One player reported being able to hack and enter it without buying if you have ~20 Intelligence (not official but community-reported).

3) Japantown Apartment – Westbrook

Location: Japantown, Westbrook
Price: ~15,000 Eddies
Unlock Method:Like above, complete Playing for Time first.Purchase via a terminal/PC on EZEstates or at site.

4) The Glen Apartment – Heywood

Location: The Glen, Heywood
Price: ~40,000 Eddies
Unlock Method:After Playing for Time to enable the home-buying system.Then buy via EZEstates or at the building.

5) Corpo Plaza Apartment – City Center

Location: Corpo Plaza (City Center)
Price: ~55,000 Eddies
Unlock Method:Same as other purchasable apartments; requires Playing for Time first.Buy through EZEstates or directly.

6) Kress Street Hideout

Location: Dogtown, Pacifica
Price: Free
Unlock Method:Complete Lucretia My Reflection

Unlocked By: Pyramid Song quest.

Apartments Buffs

Rested: Get a 20% boost to Skill EXP gain for one hour after sleeping in a bed.
Refreshed: After a shower, gain up to 60% health regeneration for one hour, even in combat.
Energized: Drinking coffee (available in some apartments like The Glenn) gives +25% Max Stamina and +30% Stamina Regen for an hour.

💡 Tips

You can own all purchasable apartments at once there’s no limit.
Some players report the ability to buy at half price under certain conditions (e.g., high Street Cred), but this is community-reported and not officially documented.
Customization (interior themes) only applies to V’s starter apartment (Megabuilding H10)

Each apartment becomes a permanent fast travel point.
Spread them across the map so you can teleport near: Fixers Gig clusters NCPD farms
