Leon Scott Kennedy is an American federal agent operating under the direct Presidential command, nicknamed "Condor One". He is a known survivor of the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident, as a rookie police officer. Following his escape with two other survivors, he was conscripted into a classified military taskforce.
