Master of the universe - save files

Simple "mod" that provides saves only 1 turn away from beating the game with that character. I was finishing my own games so why not keep last save for others? List of characters is below.

Usually they are 1 turn away from diplomatic victory, so just vote for yourself and its done. Other times scientific victory was faster, in that case just send rocket into the space
