Tear Down This Wall!

Many threads have been created about this achievement but a guide was not found for this simple method; if this was your last stop before popping that achi, please give it a rating and help others find it, too.

While this guide is for the achievement hunter, please note that it's a cheese way to pop an achi... but the achi itself is rather cheesy; Order is a tough nut to crack if you don't get the switch early in the game, and in the later game you have to stack the deck in your favor.

Ergo, this guide is for the frustrated achievement hunter, not a legit playthrough tactic. This will bother some people... and for those persons, please comment if you have a better method; anyone who has landed here will undoubtedly appreciate your input as well :)

Play until you have a significant tourism advantage, and the Order AI civ shows a preference for Freedom and bears a double digit negative to happiness. Check the influence status to see that YOUR CIV is the dominant influence on the target Order civ. This information is found in the Culture Overview, top right of the screen.

SAVE YOUR GAME IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE PLAYING; you're about to commit civicide!

• Give most of your cities to the Order civ.
• Hit F to put all your units in Fortification mode (just because it makes turns go fast), then hit the turn button until the pop.
• Congrats, Mr Reagan, you really gave it to the commies!
