• Public Missions (police, ambulance, firefighter, taxi and pimping)
  
• Challenges: BMX (LS), NRG-500 (SF) and 3 Chiliad races (Whetstone)
  
• Courier Missions: Roboi's Food Mart (LS), Hippy Shopper (SF), Burger Shot (LV)
  
• Stadium Events: 8-Track (LS), Blood Bowl (SF), Dirt Track (LV), Kickstart (LV)
  
• 6 Los Santos Safe Houses: Jefferson, Mulholland, Santa Maria Beach, El Corona, Verona Beach and Willowfield

If you want to have the game 100% do:

• Story Missions

It would probably be 8-9 if I had aimed at it from the beginning. The number of mission attempts is higher because the game saves 3 Chillad races as 3 attempts, and only 1 "complete". I also did the burglar mission twice; hence, it counted as an additional attempt (it is not required for 100%, although it gives an infinite sprint).
