and if you get input delay while tabbed OUT of rdr2 then just enable the setting, it works midgame

or just go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Red Dead Redemption 2\x64\data
and Delete startup.meta, i dont know why you would have this but i only recently just started playing rdo and this was in my folder possibly due to mods.

not really a rdo fix but still a glitch

Enable vsync or Turn off Vulkan
