How To Do It
First, you want to hide along the side of the road that they are taking. Its much easier if you wait at a stop light so that you don't have to shoot a moving target. Throw down an IED on the path and just wait. Once the guy gets there, blow up you IED. If you don't have one, then just go up close to the driver's side an pull out your gun. Activate focus and fire off a clip at the driver and passenger. The other thugs will start shooting you so run to your car and drive away. The cops are going to use a cts search on you. Just drive out of the circles and you should be fine.

What To Do
Go to an ATM. Now just wait there with your phone out. Hack everyone that you can. You should come across cars, crimes, audio logs, and lots and lots of bank accounts. Every now and then, use the ATM.

What is Required
A Boat With An Interior
An Un-silenced Gun

What To Do
Do a crime to get the police after you. DO NOT evade the police scan. Now go to the docks. Wait for the police to get there then get in your boatand sail to the middle of the river. Exit the boat but stay in the interior. Wait untill you get the 225 xp for evading police. You should still be getting searched for but they won't know where you are. Fire your un-silenced gun and they should start shooting back. Use the boat walls as cover and wait till you get the xp again. Rinse and Repeat.
