Beating Uroboros Mkono ( Chapter 5-2 ) with just flame items you get in the chapter finale
Lock the game in 60FPS
FIRST METHOD: In-game Framerate
SECOND METHOD: NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL
THIRD METHOD: OBS
This third method only works for mid-GPU like GTX 1060 / GTX 1650Ti. If you start recording with encoder on H.264 or QuickSync, the game will most likely drop to 60FPS for smooth rendering while recording. This is a good method to reduce the FPS toward the desired 60FPS
Note for CO-OP session on FPS lock
Items Before Fight
Flame Grenade: 1 or 2 ( if you picked up 1 grenade when you pick up the SIG MG and kept it till the finale )
I'd recommend you to bring a magnum, prefer an upgraded DAMAGE magnum so you can get the best damage, else like me in this guide to reserve magnum for Wesker fight in Chapter 5-3, i'll use a M3 shotgun that does 900 damage on max upgrade or you can use Hydra SG. For AI, give them your best damage sniper rifle as they will shoot most accurate with. Having pistols are always a great option, especially the SIG P226 ( most damage pistol ) or the M93R ( triple burst DPS ) if your weapons are ran out of ammo
AI must be on ATTACK mode
Explosive Container Location
Fight Tactics
Boss Fight video of mine:
TACTICS
The fight will most likely follow this pattern: Weakspot appear -> shoot the 3 weakspots till it's gone -> Fight ends. Simple right? well here are the notes that most player will commonly and mistakenly do:
- Make sure the boss is not on idle animation, if you shoot too early with the flame rounds or flame grenades. Mkono will scream in agony BUT not trigger the weakspots for you to shoot, STOP shooting and wait till Mkono teleports and reappear THEN start to shoot between it's leg with Flame Rounds or Flame Grenades once WHEN IT STARTS TO MOVE toward you as this is when it's vulnerable animation is triggered.
- ALL OF YOUR WEAPONS WILL NOT DO DAMAGE TO THIS BOSS ( proven by GE Ultimate Trainer ), YOU CAN ONLY DO DAMAGE TO THE WEAKSPOT, DESTROY 3 OF THEM TO END THE FIGHT!

Credit / Conclusion
In conclusion, the fight is not that hard, it's just poor design from Capcom. I wish they ported the Nintendo Switch port to PC version so we don't have to endure the pain of fighting this spagetti monster.
