Black Market (Bug) Workaround

I have seen some people mention that they could not unlock the Black Market after accepting the Lucrative Opportunity Mission and not being able to deliver the requested items to the person that requested them.

I just recently got this bug myself where i accepted the quest to deliver 3 Spaceflies. I left the system and got the spaceflies and came back to the station only to find that the lift had no option to go to the bar to deliver them. This is what i did..

1. Abort the Lucrative Opportunity Mission
2. Find a different Lucrative Opportunity Mission in a different system and only accept it if you already have exactly what they are asking for.
3. Dock with the station and go to the lift straight away. It will now allow you to go to the bar and deliver the goods.
4. Deliver Goods and Unluck Black Market

I don't know why this bug happens but it could have something to do with leaving the system and coming back again that "resets" the lift or maybe that the possibility to go to the bar through the lift times out after a while (pure speculation).
