I noticed that many people had a similar problem, that the game does not want to work on modern hardware. I had to look for a solution myself, because the developer does not know about such a problem. At least I didn't find an answer from the developer.

fing C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations

in the folder X4 Foundations we find the X4.exe

properties

check the box in the selected place

Now everything will work
