Solution

1. Download the Archive with DLL Files
  • First, download the archive from the link (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1n7wLIyVvxckzYFQFGp3-PZHVZjTBz8J0?usp=sharing).
  • The archive contains a folder with all the necessary DLL files.
    2. Move the Files to the Game’s Root Folder

  • Extract the archive and open the folder with the DLL files.
  • Copy all the contents of the folder (all DLL files).
  • Go to the root folder of the game where it is installed, and paste the copied files. Example of the path for the game in Steam:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Assassins Creed IV Black Flag\

    3. How to Find the Root Folder of the Game Through Steam

  • Open Steam and go to your game library.
  • Find Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag in the list.
  • Right-click on the game and select Properties.
  • In the Local Files tab, click the Browse Local Files button.
  • This will open the root folder of the game.
    Completion
After transferring the files, launch the game again. If everything was done correctly, the game should start without errors. Enjoy the game and have a great experience!
