Fix the crashes using Vulkan!

Steps

Download the latest release from here[github.com]
I downloaded the version 2.1 so the file I chose was [dxvk-2.1.tar.gz]
Use 7-Zip or any other program to unzip the tar file.
Note: You might have to unzip it twice because it has 2 extensions..
Determine the game version, Black Flag is 32 bit (source[www.pcgamingwiki.com])
Copy the DLL files from x32 folder to the game folder and that's it.

Conclusion

This fix can be used with any other game, it isn't Black Flag exclusive.
I don't advise using this with games that have anti-cheat, you might get banned.
