[FIX temporary B42] Local CO-OP with Mods - Player 1's HUD disappear

For example:

steps:

open the Menu Options
go to USER INTERFACE (UI)
on that UI tabs -> Sidebar Icon Size:
just change it 48,64,80,96,128 whatever, APPLY/ACCEPT, Resume the game then press Esc/Pause Menu again and resume.
for the default size go back steps 1,2,3 then change "Scale with font size" APPLY/ACCEPT, Resume the game then press Esc/Pause Menu again and resume.

Note.

Repeat the steps if you accidentally press Esc/Pause Menu or just want to change the options, otherwise it's this happens again if resumed (i usally press F2 to paused the game to avoid this.)
