moddb か awesomemods[awesomemods.ml] でReshade+フィルターリムーバー(hud消したりレーザーの色変えたり等のおまけ付き)をDL

Resident Evil 5 - Plugin Loader

Photorealisticの中身をバイオ5直下(exeある階層)に入れる

Plugin Loader又はQoL Fixesにあるdinput8.dllをd3d9_2.asiにリネームして入れる
