Cooldown Basic
Career Skill Cooldown(or Cooldown) is the base length of time that players need to wait after using Career Skill before they can use it again.
All careers have a set amount of Career Skill Cooldown, regardless of the difficulty/career talent/career level.
The only exception to these rules is Outcast Engineer career. Its unique mechanic will be explained in a separate section.

Outcast Engineer has several distinct differences compared to other careers in regard to Career Skill Cooldown part.
- Outcast Engineer is the only career that can modify the max Career Skill Cooldown value. Default/Gromril-Plated Shot/Linked Compression Chamber version all have 60 seconds of Career Skill Cooldown, while Innovative Ammo Hoppers has 90 seconds.
- Outcast Engineer has 0 Cooldown On Hit/Damage Taken value and 0% natural Cooldown Regeneration. Instead he can get access to Cooldown Regeneration through his passive Build Pressure.
- Outcast Engineer does not consume all of his Career Skill Cooldown with one activation. Instead each bullet he shot with his Career Skill cost a certain amount of Career Skill Cooldown.
