Guide For Newcomers: TLDR

Left4Dead2 but is set in a medieval era. Big fan of hack and slash, and only use melee in L4D2? Great News, this is definitely the game for you! 🗡️

Everyone who got this game for free will 100% play with their friends. If not, no worries you can always play with random (emoji - :people_hugging:)

To play coop, at your base camp, walk over to the mission board and interact with the mission menu.

custom game - set private game among your friends quick play - match up with 3 randoms

The game forces you to learn the mechanic, if you're new to the game. 🤷 You will learn to block, dodge, use skills, and the basic controls (combat and movement) of the game which is good enough to get through recruit and veteran difficulty.

If you are still curious, the list is as shown:

W - Move forward
S - Move backward
A - Move left
D - Move right
Space - Jump/dodge
Control - Crouch
Alt - Walk Left mouse - Attack
Right mouse - Defend/zoom
Middle mouse - Reload
R - Reload
F - Career ability
T - Ping
E - Use
1 - Wield melee weapon
2 - Wield ranged weapon
3 - Wield health item
4 - Wield potion
5 - Wield grenade
Q - Weapon cycle
Mouse wheel - Change items
X - Inspect character
Z - Inspect weapon Tab - In-game player list
M - Map hotkey
I - Inventory hotkey G - Press to talk
Y - Chat
F5 - Vote yes
F6 - Vote no
F2 - Remote server menu control

You can always:

• Use skills, certain heroes have good AoE spells to clear horde and mobs
  
• Hold your block button then tap your attack button to push the enemies back
  
• Remember this combo: block, push back, swing, block, and repeat the cycle

• Against single target enemy - Weapon that swings from top down is the best
  
• Against horde - Weapon with wide arc that sweeps side to side will be effective

• Conserve your ammo because is easy to run out but hard to replenish
  
• Save them because you will need them to kill specials
