How to remove Microsoft Edge Update pop up on game startup

Right click Vermintide 2 in your library, mouse over "Manage", then click "Browse local files".
Open the "launcher" folder, and delete "MicrosoftEdgeWebview2Setup.exe".

BOOM, no more pop up.

Note that if you delete the wrong file, you can restore everything to default by validating game files. (Right click Vermintide 2, Click "Properties" > "LOCAL FILES" > "Verify integrity of game files...".)
